WHO PAYS RETURN SHIPPING?
The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the Buyer. If there are exigent circumstances where there was an error made by Seller with your order, we will cover return shipping.
WHAT CONDITION DO RETURNED PRODUCTS NEED TO BE RETURNED IN?
All products must be returned in brand new, unused condition including their packaging. If products are not returned in new, unused condition a restocking fee may be charged.

WHAT ARE YOUR RETURNS VS. WARRANTY POLICY?
When should a customer apply for a return vs. a warranty claim? If you do not want the product, if you bought the wrong product, if the product is not what you wanted or expected and you are within 30 days of purchase you may return the product. If the product has a manufacturer’s defect and is covered by the manufacturer’s limited warranty you should call us at (833) 779-2837 so we can initiate a warranty claim for you.
